General Provisions

3.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “BULGARIAN BULK” Ltd. and the users of the products and services offered by the Company.
3.2. By placing an order through the Company’s website, the user declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

Product Information

4.1. The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about its products, but does not guarantee the complete absence of inaccuracies.
4.2. The product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.
4.3. The products should not be consumed by children.
4.4. The products should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices are in EURO (€) and include VAT.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
5.3. Payment can be made via the following methods:
- a) Bank transfer
- b) Cash on delivery (COD)
5.4. For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed once the payment is received.
5.5. For cash on delivery payments, the amount is paid to the courier upon receiving the package.

Delivery

6.1. Delivery is made through courier services within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
6.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the product availability and the customer’s location.
6.3. Delivery charges:
- a) For orders under 100 EURO: 10 €.
- b) For orders of 100 EURO or more: free delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods

7.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing compensation or penalties, provided the product has not been opened.
7.2. The return of unopened goods is at the expense of the consumer, unless the product is defective.
7.3. Opened products are not subject to return or exchange unless they are defective and it is proven that the issue occurred during delivery.

Liability

8.1. The products offered by the Company are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any diseases.
8.2. We recommend consulting with a doctor before using our products.

Data Protection

9.1. The Company processes its clients’ personal data in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian laws.

Use of Cookies and Analytical Tools

10.1. The Company uses Google Ads and Google Analytics to analyze traffic and improve user experience on its website.

13.1. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
13.2. The Company’s maximum liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

14.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these general terms at any time. The changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
14.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically check for changes to the terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

15.1. The Company is not liable for non-performance of its obligations when this is due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, labor disputes, government actions or omissions.
